We ask you to let us know the purpose of website in general. The goal can be all or any of the following:

Keywords and Phrases

We ask you to give us the list of keywords or phrases that best describe your business and with which people might search you.
We also go through your existing website pages and add to the list any keywords which appear in your copy.

Then we analyze the keywords to find out the following:

• Keyword effectiveness index (KEI) as compared with competitor websites.

• How many times a keyword is used for search by users in a specified time.

• Which search engine gives more importance to a keyword and for how many times searches were conducted using a particular keyword in a certain period of time.

• How the successful competitors are using the keywords.

After this research, we get a final list with many new keywords suitable for your website. We send you this list for review.

Your website copy

Once keywords list is finalized, we focus on four or five main keywords and revisit the copy of your website. We give suggestions to use these keywords within your copy or rewrite the copy to make it keyword friendly.  

We don’t change your URLs if your website is not brand new. In case of new website, we suggest changing page names.  

On-site pages optimization

Optimizing the html code of your pages is very significant to overall search engine optimization. It should be easier for the search engines to visit your website.  

We visit your pages for the following:

• Title tags, Meta description, Meta keyword tags

• Links on your pages and how they are inter-linked with each other. We make it sure that it is easy to navigate for the search engine spiders to index your website.

• We check if there is any JavaScript, Flash or images used which possibly can stop search engines reaching your important pages. We give you alternatives for this by applying different techniques.

The most important is to analyze the SEO activities and react accordingly on daily basis. We record every activity in a master document and also record any outcomes to take next steps.

SEO is an ongoing process and takes time to give results. Except Adwords/PPC campaigns, the outcome of other SEO techniques (called natural SEO) takes 2-3 months depending on what you choose to do. We provide reports according to the campaign you want to start. For a basic SEO plan, reports are shown on weekly basis.

Please note that SEO is a gradual process. No good SEO company can claim results before minimum three months. In some cases, time may increase.
